Service - Normal Business Hours
You are welcome to contact your account manager with any non-urgent issues or work requests. Email is requested for most communication.

If your request is urgent, please follow the after-hours information below.

Service - After Hours
For service between the hours of 5:30 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., please email the CNT support line at support@cntgroup.com, or call the CNT Group main office number, 303.757.7181. Our answering service will contact the on-call support staff, who will get back to you as soon as possible, and within a two hour maximum window on emergency calls.

This policy insures that you receive support, and creates time for the technical staff when they are able to turn off their blackberries, knowing that the on-call personnel are taking care of clients. Please remember that support provided outside of standard hours is billed at the rate of $200 per hour. See Rates and Policies for more information.
