David Yehuda Yates

David Yehuda Yates has been consulting with Ted and the CNT Group for ten years. Currently, he runs the help desk from early morning until early afternoon, answering clients' questions by telephone or remote sessions. He also checks clients' networks on a scheduled basis, researching errors, updating sotware, and pro-actively insuring the stability of your IT infrastructure. David has been working in information technology since the late 1980s, honing his skills with Banyan and Novell networks. His skills are very diverse, incorporating messaging systems such as Exchange and Groupwise, server systems from Microsoft and Novell, and security inside and outside the network.

Modeling the remote workforce and virtual office, David works happily from his home office overlooking the old city of Sfat in northern Israel. Setup with a VOIP telephone on the CNT system and remote access, clients never know it is nine hours later for David when they are talking to him!

Originally from Denver, David moved with his family to Israel six years ago. He lives with his wife, Haddassah, and six of their seven girls in Sfat, a beautiful mountain town in northern Israel. Their eldest daughter, Moriah, is recently married, and the young couple live a short walk away.

David enjoys his family, camping, hiking, studying the teachings of Rabbi Nachman, and is almost always to be found with a huge smile across his face.
